Mark Fryer

Mark Fryer is the current Executive Director and Group Finance Director at Augean. Mark has previously held the position of Group Finance Director at Augean PLC from December 2016 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Interim Finance Director at Nualight Ltd from April 2014 to November 2014. In this role, they were responsible for conducting an in-depth review of the company's financial accounts and ensuring a timely and accurate close of 2014 Statutory Accounts. Additionally, they led a fundraise from existing Private Equity shareholders, raising c10% of net assets.

From August 2010 to March 2014, Fryer served as Dialight PLC's Group Finance Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the finance department and providing strategic direction on financial planning and reporting.

Most recently, Fryer served as Interim CFO at Bridon International Ltd from April 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and providing advice and guidance on financial planning and strategy.

Mark Fryer received their Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Economics and Accounting from the University of Nottingham. Mark also attended Silcoates School.

They are on a team with John Rauch - Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer, Gene Wilson - Director of Corporate Stewardship, and David Unsworth - Director of Business Planning and Optimisation. Mark Fryer reports to Jim Meredith, Executive Chairman.
