Marie Scheller-Beck

Marie Scheller-Beck is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic recruiting. Currently serving as a Senior Expert Strategic Recruiting at Storck since February 2024, Marie previously managed talent acquisition for EMEA at Weber-Stephen Products LLC from June 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies, implementing competency-based hiring, and managing recruitment budgets. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at COS from January 2013 to May 2021, where Marie oversaw recruitment processes for store-based and e-commerce roles, and an HR Assistant at Evangelische Schulstiftung in der EKBO. Marie began a career in HR as an intern at Bombardier’s HR Department. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
