Aiden Yates

Aiden Yates currently serves as the Managing Director of Project Finance at Aukera Energy since January 2025. Prior to this role, Aiden held the position of Senior Director in Structured Finance at Lightsource bp from July 2021 to January 2025. Aiden's experience includes serving as Associate Director at Macquarie Group in the Macquarie Asset Management - Private Credit division from February 2016 to July 2021, and as an Associate in Infrastructure and Structured Corporate Financing at the Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2012 to February 2016, where Aiden also participated in a rotational graduate programme. Aiden's early career included an internship in the Corporate Restructuring Unit at the Royal Bank of Scotland in the summer of 2011. Aiden completed a degree in Mathematics and Economics at The London School of Economics and is affiliated with the CFA Institute.
