Rachael Cutri

Rachael Cutri is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy since May 2021, Rachael provides oversight and support to over 240 employees in the US and Chile. Previously, Rachael worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at both Omni Tucson National Resort and the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, where responsibilities included managing the employee lifecycle, onboarding, and providing training and policy implementation. Rachael also held the position of Human Resources Assistant at Rose Management Group, focusing on administrative tasks and staff attendance monitoring. Earlier in Rachael's career, management roles at a Bakery and Sally Beauty showcased leadership and sales skills. Rachael holds a High School Diploma from Marana High School.
