Aditi Soni, PMP

Aditi Soni, PMP has held a variety of positions in the scientific and healthcare industries since 1998. Aditi began their career as an Assistant Scientist at Alchem International Ltd. in 1998. Aditi then moved to J Mitra & Co.Pvt ltd in 2000 as a Research Scientist. In 2002, they took on the role of Research Associate at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Following that, they became a Scientist at NIBR in 2008 and a Research Associate at Whitehead Institute in the same year. In 2016, they were promoted to Project Manager at NIBR. In 2018, they joined Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. as an Associate Director and Program Manager. In 2020, they were appointed Director, Program & Alliance Management at Dyne Therapeutics. Most recently, in 2022, they were named Vice President at Saheli, Support and Friendship For South Asian Women and Families and Head of Program Management at Aurion Biotech.

Aditi Soni, PMP has a comprehensive education history. Aditi earned an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Delhi University from 1992 to 1995. Aditi then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Panjab University from 1995 to 1997. Most recently, they are currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their educational qualifications, Aditi has also earned a Clinical Research Certificate from Boston College in December 2019 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in March 2016.
