Michelle Pearson

Michelle Pearson has over 20 years of work experience. Michelle began their career in 1999 as an HR Manager at Microsoft. In 2010, they moved to MIC Consulting as an HR Consulting. Michelle then joined Lighthouse eDiscovery in 2011 as the Executive Director of People and Culture. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Consultant at Not Applicaple. Currently, Michelle is the Executive Director at Aurion Biotech.

Michelle Pearson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and I/O Psychology from Morningside University. Additionally, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2013.
