David Weiss

David Weiss is a seasoned attorney specializing in land use, real estate, business, government, and litigation, currently serving as a shareholder at Ausley McMullen since May 2007. Prior experience includes roles as a law clerk at the Florida Department of Community Affairs and a legal intern at the Office of the General Counsel, along with work as a real estate closing agent at Smith Thompson Shaw & Manausa and as a domestic equities clerk for the State Board of Administration of Florida. David Weiss holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law from Florida State University College of Law, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida.
