Hilary Pelham currently serves as the Board President and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Austin Bat Refuge, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on the care of orphaned, injured, and displaced bats in Central Texas and the Houston area, while also conducting public education programs and providing conflict resolution services. In addition, Hilary has extensive retail experience, having held the position of Assistant Manager at Patagonia since February 2014, and previously worked as a Camping Associate at REI from March 2011 to February 2014. Early career experience includes a role as Backcountry Staff-Abreu at Philmont Scout Ranch during the summer of 2009. Hilary holds a degree from Texas State University, attended East Texas Baptist University for a year, and has been actively involved in wildlife conservation and education efforts.
