Elise Tuffy

Elise Tuffy is currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at Austin Health, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as Executive Director of Workplace Relations and Engagement at the Victorian Department of Health. Their extensive legal background includes roles as Senior Associate at Thomson Geer and various positions at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where they worked as both a Lawyer and Associate. Elise also contributed to the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission as the Head of the Paralegal Team. They hold a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
