Immediately upon meeting and speaking with the driving force behind our firm at the start of 2012, it was clear that AustinCSI aligned perfectly with Beth’s personal goals of learning from others and a strong belief in the power of community.

Today, Beth continues to be driven with purpose and inspired within the Enterprise Team at the headquarters location. As a Strategic Leader at AustinCSI, Beth is responsible for and oversees all aspects of each consultant’s journey within the firm along with company wide government compliance, human resources, company benefits and financials.

Beth is responsible for the continuous evolution of back office processes with her eye on the target being service to the client and care for our people.
