Janine Leigh Phillips

Janine Leigh Phillips is an experienced professional currently serving as the Enterprise Capability Manager at Australia Post since October 2025. With a diverse background, Janine has authored a memoir titled "Wanderlust and Misadventures," which reflects a transformative moment in her life. Prior to her current role, Janine contributed as a Change Manager - Learning Design Lead for the Department of Education, focusing on developing innovative learning experiences for the Senior Secondary Pathways Reform Task Force. Janine also worked as a Learning Designer at Allianz, creating onboarding and induction training for transformation projects, and served as a Learning and Development Specialist at the Bureau of Meteorology. Janine holds a certification in Strong Interest Inventory from CPP Asia Pacific.
