Katherine Martin

Katherine Martin is an experienced investment adviser at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), specializing in facilitating foreign direct investment from businesses in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa into Australia, with a focus on health, technology, agribusiness, and food sectors. Since January 2021, Katherine has developed strategic projects, including content creation for priority health subsectors and the design of an information management tool. Prior to the current role, Katherine served as an analyst in the Health Centre of Excellence, where key messaging and value propositions were developed for the biologics sector. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Melbourne.
