Sunethra de Mel

Sunethra De Mel is an experienced professional in business analysis and digital capability, currently serving as Capability Lead for Business Analysis at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) since October 2018. In this role, Sunethra leads and manages the product backlog for the MS Dynamics CRM team and facilitates workshops with senior stakeholders. Prior to this position, Sunethra held significant roles at the Australian Government Department of Finance, where responsibilities included establishing a service design capability, and at the Australian Government Department of Human Services, focusing on business specifications and system implementation. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Dialog Information Technology and PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. Sunethra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Technology, Sydney.
