Gareth Kaminski-Cook is the Group CEO at Autins. Gareth has over fifteen years of experience in global sales, marketing, and strategy. Prior to joining Autins, Gareth was the Executive Director for Asia and Group Director of Strategy, Sales & Marketing, and R&D at LOW AND BONAR. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the regional development, for sales, for investment, development of the organisation and ensuring the safe and profitable performance of the manufacturing entities. Gareth has also held the position of Strategic Marketing Director - Paris at Saint-Gobain, where they were responsible for two manufacturing Divisions with combined turnover of €6.5Bn. In this role, they were responsible for P&L in three global product lines in Gypsum Division, for developing global commercial capability and for identifying integration and growth synergy opportunities between Divisions. Gareth is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering profitable growth.

Gareth Kaminski-Cook's educational career began at Newport High School. Gareth then went on to study civil engineering at the University of Birmingham, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. After university, they completed a leadership development program at INSEAD. Finally, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for officer training, specializing in military and strategic leadership.
