Nichola Roberts

Nichola Roberts has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Program Manager - Operational at Auto Trader UK since April 2005, while also leading the Digital Partnership Team. Responsibilities include directing the Major Accounts Support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinating critical projects related to contract management. Previously, Nichola held the position of Senior Production Administrator, supervising Production Administration and Quality Control teams. Earlier in career at EDS Technologies, Nichola was the Merchant Authorisation Team Leader, overseeing Merchant advisors and managing sales voucher processing. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Communication Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University and A Levels in Geography and Communication Studies from South Trafford College.
