Joe Desilva

President, Global Sales at ADP

Joe DeSilva is President, Small Business Services, Retirement Services and Insurance Services. In this role, he leads a team focused on helping ADP’s small business clients fulfill their entrepreneurial dreams by providing them integrated solutions for payroll, HR and benefits. His team strives to demystify payroll, HR and benefits for small business owners, and take this worry off their minds – so ADP’s small business clients can focus on what they do best, i.e., growing their business.

Before this leadership role, Joe served as Senior Vice President of Service and Operations for ADP Small Business Services where he focused on ensuring ADP’s small business clients received the best in service. Previously, he also led the Retirement Services business, successfully steering the business under a complex regulatory overhaul. He joined ADP in 2003, starting his career in benefits sales. He went on to assume leadership roles in sales, operations and client services.

Throughout his career, Joe has been passionate about developing talent and creating engaged and empowered teams. He is especially passionate about expanding access to higher-education among underserved groups, underpinned by his belief in the opportunities enabled from a U.S. college education. He currently serves on the New York/New Jersey Board of America Needs You, a non-profit organization that fights for economic mobility of ambitious, first-generation college students by providing mentorship and career development avenues.

Prior to joining ADP, Joe worked in benefits with Mellon HR Solutions. He started his career with PwC in their Benefits Outsourcing group.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Monmouth University and received his M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
