Kevin Weaver

Kevin Weaver has a strong background in sales and business development. Kevin currently serves as the Director of Corporate Sales for Automation & Validation Solutions (AVS), where they build partnerships with top Fortune-100 healthcare companies to provide engineering, automation, and validation solutions. Prior to this, Kevin worked as the Business Development Director for CareSet, where they grew the company's business and revenue by developing relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers. Kevin also has experience as the Director of Business Development for Federal Defense Industries, negotiating government contracts for defense support, and as an Area Sales Director for Aytu BioScience, achieving high revenue goals. Kevin's earlier roles include Senior District Sales Manager at Arbor Pharmaceuticals, Senior District Sales Manager/Sales Manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and various sales and trainer positions at TAP Pharmaceuticals. Kevin also served in the United States Army as a Medical Service Corps Officer.

Kevin Weaver received their Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Medicine/Chemistry from Washington and Lee University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Building Resilience" in 2022 and various others in 2020.
