Kamen Stanev

Kamen Stanev has extensive experience in web development and management, currently serving as a Code Wrangler at Automattic since August 2016, focusing on domain support and integration with partner APIs at WordPress.com. Prior to this role, Kamen was a Managing Partner at Maze Labs from January 2012 to July 2016, leading efforts in open source technologies and managing numerous websites with platforms such as WordPress and Drupal. From July 2007 to January 2012, Kamen held the position of Development Team Lead at Economedia, overseeing software development and system operations teams to optimize infrastructure and redesign websites. Kamen began the career as a Web Developer at Etaligent.NET from June 2000 to July 2007, contributing to diverse web projects in the news and media sector and implementing various database technologies. Education was completed at Sofia High School of Mathematics from 1995 to 2000.
