Eleanor Buijs

Eleanor Buijs has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in this field. Eleanor most recently worked at Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc as the Human Resources Director, where they oversaw and restructured the HR department and processes to prepare for significant planned growth. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Business Partner at Accella Performance Materials Inc., where they managed HR functions in different locations and supervised a team. Eleanor also worked as the Human Resources Director at Synergetics and Brown Distributing Company FL/VA, as well as the Human Resources Director at OSI Collection Services and OSI Portfolio Services/National Asset Management. Throughout their career, Eleanor has demonstrated expertise in areas such as benefit administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and staff management.

Eleanor Buijs completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, during the years 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued higher education at Lindenwood University from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources.
