Kerra Goldstein

Kerra Goldstein, CPA, currently serves as Financial Reporting Manager at AvalonBay Communities since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Centri from October 2021 to May 2025, progressing from Experienced Associate to Senior Accountant II and Manager. Kerra started at EY in September 2019 as FSO Assurance Staff following an internship in the same department earlier in 2018. Initial professional experiences include internships at London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, The Haverford Trust Company, Malvern Saddlery LTD, and Pennsylvania Trust. Kerra holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University and participated in a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2017.
