Ted Cole comes to Avance Care with 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device field, working with both Sanofi Pharmaceuticals and Abbot Laboratories. He is an experienced, award-winning professional with an impressive history of building relationships and success in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Cole has provided leadership and oversight of multiple regional growth strategies with both organizations and developed over $15 million in total revenue while also overseeing his position’s day-to-day operational duties. He has an exceptional ability to build and lead teams that meet and exceed designated goals and expectations. He attended Elon University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ted’s goal at Avance Care will be to ensure strong and sensible growth for our organization and fully realize AvanceEngage’s operational potential.
