Kenna Hagan

Kenna Hagan is a multi-state and divisional leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Avangrid Service Company, an Iberdrola Company. With a robust background in utility and energy industries, Kenna has developed and implemented legal strategies to navigate complex regulatory environments, including managing multimillion-dollar projects and compliance initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of The United Illuminating Holdings Corporation, as well as various legal and compliance positions at Black Hills Energy and Black Hills Corporation. Kenna's educational pursuits include a Juris Doctor from The University of South Dakota, alongside studies in Spanish and International Business at Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls.
