Francesco Acquasanta

Francesco Acquasanta is an experienced Technical Product Manager at Avantium since September 2019, previously serving in various leadership roles at Synvina and Avantium. With a strong background in application development, Francesco has skillfully translated market needs into technical requirements, led innovative projects such as the development of weatherable solutions for heavy trucks, and engaged in project management across multiple stakeholders. Prior roles at SABIC Innovative Plastics involved in-depth expertise in product development and sustainability initiatives, particularly in the automotive sector. Francesco holds a PhD in Material Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where research focused on composites and hybrid materials. Additionally, Francesco's educational journey includes degrees in Chemical Engineering and experiences as an Erasmus student at Universitat Politècnica de València.
