Frederic Vanderhaegen

Frederic Vanderhaegen is our Executive Vice President, Europe. In this current role, Mr. Vanderhaegen is responsible for our sales, marketing, and distribution operations for our business in Europe. Prior to joining Avantor, Mr. Vanderhaegen held numerous leadership positions in organizations that partner with the biopharma and life science industries, including Beckman Coulter, Tecan Group, and Millipore Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Vanderhaegen served as Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, where he was responsible for the complete profit and loss across sales and services. Mr. Vanderhaegen holds bachelor’s degrees in biochemistry and chemical engineering, as well as an MBA in Finance from Open University Malaysia.
