Willis Chang

Willis Chang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as GM of Asia Pacific at Avatar Integrated Systems Inc. since October 2019. Previous leadership roles include GM at 益華電腦, RDW Wireless, Cadence Design Systems, and Vedi Technology, where responsibilities encompassed areas such as Wimax, WiFi chip design, and digital TV system design. Earlier in the career, Willis held the position of VP at Ayuttha, overseeing TFT-LCD video processor chip design, and served as GM at Avant! Taiwan and PM EDA at HP, focusing on Asia EDA marketing. Education includes a Ph.D. in Physics from Clemson University, obtained from 1989 to 1995.
