Brian Toppel

Brian Toppel is the Owner of Toppel Consulting Inc., a role held since July 2003, where services are provided to Owners and Contractors. Concurrently, Brian serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Construction Solutions at Avatar Partners, starting in January 2019, focusing on delivering software, logistics, hardware, and training solutions to government and Fortune 1000 companies. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Tricorp Group from November 2015 to December 2017, Project Manager at Howard S. Wright Construction Co. from February 2001 to July 2003, Project Manager at N.L. Barnes Construction from December 1996 to June 1999, and Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from May 1995 to December 1996. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University-Sacramento, completed between 1992 and 1996.
