Deryk Rieves is the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of both the Leadership Development Academy and LDA Consulting, roles they have held since 2013. Previously, Deryk served as a Mid-West Chapter Board Member for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America from 2009 to 2012, contributing to messaging, fundraising, and growth strategies. Deryk also held various leadership positions at Satmetrix Systems and CenturyLink Business for Enterprise, focusing on customer experience and loyalty strategies. Currently, Deryk continues to lead efforts to enhance customer experiences in their ongoing role as Chief Experience Officer at Avatara.
