Elaine Lenihan

Elaine Lenihan has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Director of the Program Management Office and Strategic IT Program Manager at Avaya since November 2010. In this role, Elaine collaborates with various business functions to ensure their technology needs are met while leading global agile Cloud projects, including the development and expansion of Avaya’s new Cloud Store. Previous roles include Senior Consultant Project Manager at ESB, where Elaine implemented project management structures for a property redevelopment, and similar positions at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Microsoft. Elaine holds a Graduate Diploma in Software Localisation and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the University of Limerick.
