Tyler M. Chambers

Director, Treasury & Investor Relations at Avaya

Tyler M. Chambers is the Director of Treasury & Investor Relations at Avaya. Tyler has over six years of experience in treasury and financial analysis, including three years as a team manager overseeing end-to-end treasury processes. Chambers has been with Avaya since May 2016.

Chambers began their career as a Financial Analyst with Sterling Investment Partners in June 2010. Tyler was quickly promoted to Treasury and Financial Analyst at Fairway Group Holdings Corp in 2013. There, they were responsible for executive reporting analytics covering sales, gross profit, economic value added, expense savings, labor, shrink, seasonality, one time exceptions, and drivers of various business statistics. During their time at Fairway Group Holdings, Chambers led the development and implementation of fraud procedures, risk reduction, and SOX compliance - identifying multiple areas of vulnerability and preventing $XM in fraud.

In 2016, Chambers was recruited by Avaya to establish their Treasury department operations, procedures, and direction - directly affecting A/R, A/P, HR, and Procurement. Tyler has been integral to chief officer decision making regarding the future of the company, thanks to the 13-week rolling cash flow model they generated that defined the timeline of bankruptcy filings and company solvency. Under Chambers' leadership, the Treasury department has flourished; they are credited with saving the company millions of dollars through fraud prevention, risk reduction, and SOX compliance measures.

Tyler M. Chambers holds a BBA in Finance from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and is certified by the Association for Financial Professionals as a Certified Treasury Professional.

Tyler M. Chambers reports to Nandan G. Amladi, VP, Investor Relations.
