Prashant is an HR professional with more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, executive search and HR consulting space. He has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management/ Engineering Studies from University of Technology, Sydney.

Throughout his career, he has worked in a fast paced and high growth environment with new age tech-start-ups as his clients. He was associated with marquee brands like Transearch and Snapdeal and has built enviable teams for his clients and organizations he has worked with. At Snapdeal, he worked closely with the founders and built strong leadership teams for their Technology, Product and non-Technology functions within tight deadlines to drive ambitious growth plans.

Prashant continues his pursuit of delivering talent solutions for high growth work environments. At Aventus Partners, he leads a team of highly experienced Executive Search and HR Consultants with strong expertise in their respective domains of Technology, Product, Data Science and Business functions. His team is responsible for delivering tailor made HR and leadership talent solutions to our clients in start-up/e-commerce space.
