Mark Stringer is the current Optimization and Supplier Management Services at Avenue5 Residential. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily property management industry. Stringer has a long history of working with some of the most well-known companies in the industry, including Riverstone Residential Group and Greystar. In their previous positions, they have focused on ancillary business services and product development. Stringer is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of success in optimizing supplier management services.

Mark Stringer has certification from the American Collectors Association in Collection Agency Operation, Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner in Insurance Producer License, and Federal Trade Commission in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
