Mario Garcia

Mario Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mario started their career at Valeo Wiper Systems, where they held roles such as Production Supervisor, Valeo Production System Engineer, and Master Schedule Engineer. In 2009, they moved to Silgan Dispensing, where they served as the Master Scheduler and Planning Coordinator, Assembly Operations Manager, and finally as the Plant Manager. At Silgan Dispensing, they managed operations for the beauty and personal care business, including quality, purchasing, production, maintenance, process engineering, and continuous improvement. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Avery Products Corporation as the Director of Operations.

Mario Garcia earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Esden Business School, where they studied from 2020 to 2021.
