Kathleen Stengel is an accomplished leader in pediatric behavioral health, committed to prioritizing human-first care. A first-generation college graduate, Kathleen earned a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. With extensive leadership experience including roles as CEO and Founder at NeurAbilities Healthcare and Clarity Service Group, Kathleen has significantly enhanced access to quality care for children with developmental disabilities. Currently, Kathleen serves as an Executive in Residence at Avesi Partners and as a member of the Board of Visitors for Temple University’s College of Education and Human Development, continuing to shape the future of healthcare through strategic and compassionate initiatives.
