Bill Stephenson

Bill Stephenson is the current Vice President of U.S. Sales at Avetta. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of North America at Emerson Automation Solutions from March 2017 to August 2018. Bill was responsible for Emerson's acquisition of Paradigm Geophysical in December 2017. From July 2015 to February 2017, they were the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at symplr - Compliance + Credentialing for Healthcare. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at P2 Energy Solutions from April 2014 to March 2015. From October 2013 to April 2014, they were the Vice President of Global Sales at Spatial Energy. In February 2014, DigitalGlobe acquired Spatial Energy. From April 2008 to July 2013, they served as the Vice President of Sales, Global - Energy Technical Analytics at IHS. In August 2011, IHS acquired Seismic Micro-Technology, where Stephenson served as the Vice President of Sales, Americas from March 2008 to July 2013. Prior to their work in the oil and gas industry, Stephenson worked in software sales. Bill served as the Senior Sales Director at BindView from May 1997 to January 2006 and as the Senior Sales Director, Central Region at Symantec Corporation from May 1997 to March 2008. Stephenson began their career in 1987 as a Squad Leader in the US Army, where they served until 1991.

Bill Stephenson has a BBA in finance from the University of Houston. Bill has certification from LinkedIn in "Stories Every Leader Should Tell" and "Selling to Executives."
