Shuang Leng

Shuang Leng currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Corporate and Privacy Counsel at Avetta since May 2022 and is a Partner at Born Global Ventures, focusing on early-stage tech startups led by resilient immigrant founders. Previous experience includes serving as an Attorney at Arch & Lake LLP, specializing in privacy, data security, and venture capital, as well as at Huang-Sigle & Leng, LLP, where responsibilities encompassed securities, general business law, and cross-border investment. Shuang Leng also worked as Corporate Counsel at Dynamic Wireless, handling contract management and corporate governance, and as an M&A Associate at DHL Law Group, where significant contributions included the development of M&A transaction calculations. Shuang Leng holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Renmin University of China.
