Edoardo Manicardi

Edoardo Manicardi is an accomplished executive in the technology sector with extensive experience in sales and operational leadership. Currently serving as President of Wonderware Italia since May 2019, Edoardo, alongside Michele Vario and Daniele Vizziello, assumed full ownership of the company as the AVEVA distributor in Italy. Since March 2018, Edoardo has also held the position of VP of Channel Sales at AVEVA. Previous roles include Head of Global Sales at Schneider Electric, where Edoardo led sales initiatives, and VP of Software Business for Europe, Russia, and Africa at Invensys, overseeing a diverse portfolio. With a solid foundation at Wonderware in various strategic roles from 1999 to 2009, and experience as Sales Director at orsi automazione, Edoardo brings a wealth of expertise in driving organizational enhancements and strategic growth. Edoardo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Genoa, earned between 1976 and 1981.
