Bridie Lally

Bridie Lally serves as Senior Legal Counsel at AviLease since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading negotiations and executing transactions related to aircraft sales, leasebacks, and financing, among other legal matters. Previously, Bridie held the position of Vice President Legal at Vmo Aircraft Leasing from February 2022 to August 2023 and served as AVP Legal at GECAS from July 2012 to March 2022, focusing on drafting and negotiating transaction documents while supporting commercial deal teams across multiple regions. Additional roles include VP Deliveries and AVP Deliveries at GECAS, handling the coordination of aircraft deliveries. Early career experience includes serving as a Legal Projects Specialist at Mentor Graphics (Ireland) and as a Trainee Solicitor at John J. Murphy & Co. Solicitors. Bridie's education includes a Professional Practice Course I & II and a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
