Rebecca Hodges

Rebecca Hodges has extensive experience in employment law, currently serving as Head of Legal (Employment) and Senior Counsel at Aviva since April 2014, where leadership of a team of 16 Leader Advice Consultants is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Mills & Reeve from September 2008 to April 2014, where contributions as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor were made. Rebecca Hodges holds a degree from the University of Cambridge (2004-2007) and is certified in General Data Protection Regulation (CIPP/E) by the IAPP.
