Wayne Searle

Wayne Searle is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at AVK-SEG since September 2025, Wayne previously held the position of Chief People & Enabling Services Officer at Made Tech from June 2023 to August 2025, where leadership encompassed communications, marketing, and operations. Prior to that, Wayne was the Chief People Officer at Vertiv from April 2020 to May 2023, overseeing human resources for EMEA and global mergers and acquisitions. Additional roles include Group HR Director at Tipico, and Interim SVP of People & Communications at Adevinta, with a strong educational foundation in actuarial science from the University of Kent and A Levels from Kingston Grammar School.
