Anna Yarvits

Anna Yarvits has been working in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Anna started their career at Avon, where they worked their way up to become the Group Vice President and General Manager of Russia and Eastern Europe. In this role, they were responsible for the company's direct-to-consumer beauty business, with a turnover of 650 million USD+. Anna also advised on digital transformation, business auditing and re-set, and prepared the company for takeover by a rival company.

Yarvits left Avon in October 2019 to join the National Association of Non-executive Directors (NAND) as a Director. NAND is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes best practice in corporate governance and provides development opportunities for non-executive directors.

Prior to their role at Avon, Yarvits was the SVP General Manager Russia, Ukraine & CIS at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for leading the company's 500 million USD+ multi-country business and >1500 headcount. Anna has also served as a member of the local Board of Directors in 3 geographies.

Yarvits has a wealth of experience in managing and growing businesses in the beauty and pharmaceutical industries. Anna is a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.

Anna Yarvits has a DipM from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and is a Fellow of the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Anna also holds a SEP 79 from the London Business School and a High Medical degree from the Ural State Medical Academy.
