Marcin Rutkowski

Marcin Rutkowski is a highly experienced software architect and engineer, currently serving as Principal Software Architect at AVX AIRCRAFT COMPANY and Co-Founder of CAYLEY AI since September 2025. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at Teleo, Senior Staff Software Engineer at Shield AI, and Robotics Software Engineer at Advanced Robotics Group, LLC. At Shield AI, Marcin contributed to integrating the HiveMind AI suite with the V-BAT, focusing on vehicle health management and safe operational parameters. Prior experience with The Marsden Group involved developing advanced algorithms for LIDAR data processing and embedded image processing, while time at Schlumberger included roles as Embedded IIoT Software Engineer and Forward Deployed Engineer. Marcin holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
