Roshan Ramlugun

Roshan Ramlugun is a seasoned professional in asset and development management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Sector Lead for Residential in the UK & Ireland at AXA Investment Managers, Roshan is responsible for leading the regeneration of The Dolphin Square Estate and holds the position of Executive Director at Dolphin Square Ltd. Additionally, Roshan contributes as a Non-Executive Director on the Investment & Development Committee at Riverside. Previously, Roshan was a Partner and Head of Residential at Addington Capital LLP, overseeing the repositioning of over 2,000 residential units, and worked at JLL and DTZ in various roles related to corporate finance and consultancy. Roshan's academic qualifications include an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK, alongside holding the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
