Ivan Ruzicka

Ivan Ruzicka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Client & Distribution Management for the CEE/Baltics/Russia & CIS region at AXA XL since September 2018. Ruzicka has held various leadership positions at XL Catlin Vienna since February 1997, including Head of Sales CEE and Country Manager. Prior to that, Ruzicka was the Country Manager at Alexander & Alexander, Insurance Brokers from June 1993 to February 1997. Ruzicka holds an MSc in Foreign Trade from the Prague University of Economics and Business, completed between 1983 and 1988.
