Aida de Faria

Aida DE FARIA has extensive experience at AXA, where roles have included Culture & Employee Experience Program Manager and Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager since April 2013. Responsibilities involve implementing and coordinating various initiatives at the Group level, focusing on gender diversity, sexual orientation awareness, and cultural inclusion, while also organizing D&I events such as the AXA Inclusion Conference. Prior to these positions, Aida served as a Culture and Change Management Officer, overseeing employer branding and annual employee surveys. Aida's career at AXA began in February 1994 as an Internal Communication Manager, progressing through roles in internal and external corporate communications and editing the Group's corporate webzine from 2011 to 2013.
