Lauren Kent

Lauren Kent currently serves as the President of International Reinsurance at AXIS Capital, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kent was the Senior Vice President and International Casualty Manager at Chubb from October 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included executing underwriting strategies for long tail lines and overseeing P&L segments. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Treaty Underwriter and Head of P&C for the UK and Ireland at Endurance, and a variety of underwriting and management roles at GE Employers Re, Zurich Re/Converium, and Zurich Re.
