Ronnie Crump currently serves as the Training Advisory Board and Legal Liaison at Axon since January 2022. An active community advocate since 2013, Crump is involved in the Puerto Vallarta Beautification Program, which fosters collaborative efforts between nationals and expats to enhance community well-being. Previously, Crump held the position of LAPD Sergeant II and Assistant Watch Commander for the City of Los Angeles from September 1996 to February 2013, and served as the Public Information Officer under Chief Bill Bratton. In earlier career experiences, Crump was a USMC Marine from October 1991 to September 1999 and a Police Officer for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department between September 1992 and September 1996. Additionally, Crump completed a Leadership Program with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, focusing on managing grants and liaising between various law enforcement agencies.
