Puwong Yodkaew

Puwong Yodkaew is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving in the People Transformation & Academy division at AXONS since January 2025, Puwong previously held the roles of HRBP and Talent Development Manager, as well as Human Resources Manager at Malee Group, where significant contributions included strategic recruitment efforts and policy revisions. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at GetLinks, overseeing compliance and HR process digitalization at V.P.C. Group Chemical Co., Ltd, and various HR roles at Siam Cement Group (SCG), focusing on training program development and company culture transformation. Puwong holds a Master's degree in Food Business Management from Mahidol University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Thammasat University.
