Neil Shah (B.S, PSM)

Neil Shah has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Neil is currently working as an IT Project Manager at Axos Bank, where they lead multiple cross-functional tech initiatives and manages project timelines, resources, and budgets. Neil previously worked as a Digital Project Manager at Plein Air Agency, where they launched consumer-facing apps and websites, managed project milestones and user stories, and set up quality assurance processes. Before that, they held multiple roles at Walmart Global Tech, including Technical Project Manager for AXID Strategic Projects & Programs, Technical Project Manager for User Experience, and Creative Content Production Specialist. Neil also has experience as a Project Director at La Sierra University Enactus and as a UX Design Intern at Walmart Global Tech. Neil started their career as a Service Representative at 24 Hour Fitness.

Neil Shah earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Marketing from La Sierra University in the period of 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2015 and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering. Their high school education took place at Martin Luther King High School from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Neil has obtained certifications including "Transitioning to Product Management" from LinkedIn in October 2019 and "Professional SCRUM Master I" from SCURM.ORG in September 2019.
