Shyamal D. is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as Sr. Director of Experience Design at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since November 2022, where leadership is provided to the global UX team across multiple product capabilities in the Life Sciences industry. Prior to this role, Shyamal held the position of Director of User Experience Design at MetLife from July 2018 to November 2022, focusing on enhancing customer experience through insightful and scalable design solutions. Shyamal also served as Director of User Experience at Kony, Inc. from July 2010 to July 2018, overseeing the creation of scalable design solutions across their product suites. Early in his career, Shyamal held various design and development positions at Digital Avenues Ltd. and Diadem Technology Ltd. Shyamal’s educational background includes specialized training in User Experience Design from Human Factors International and degrees in Web Technologies, Legal Studies, and an honors degree from University of Calcutta.
