Sarah Eckenrode

Dr. Eckenrode joined Azenta Life Sciences in November 2018 and was appointed Vice President of Sample & Repository Solutions business in March 2020. In her role, she is responsible for streamlining the cold chain management workflow along with driving the strategic vision for sample and product management growth.

Dr. Eckenrode started her career with GENEWIZ in 2005 and joined Azenta through the GENEWIZ acquisition in 2018. She has also held a series of senior leadership positions including VP of Customer Support and VP of Sanger and European Operations.

Dr. Eckenrode received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in genetics from the University of Florida and a B.S from Lebanon Valley College.
